At Xero I worked within the Payments, Billing and Automation software portfolio. This included customer interviews, surveys and prototyping concepts to make additions to the platform.

My main focus was working on an invoice branding experience where users could custom brand their invoices. This require looking at the end use cases for different formats of invoices, from online to PDF and mobile, along with the experience of changing different aspects of the template to fit a company's identity.

These interviews were conducted internationally via usertesting.com and A/B testing interactive prototypes in Figma to take an initial concept through to a successful design users felt confident exploring.
